    Can I convert copy protected files (usually m4p or sometimes m4a files) purchased from an online music store (such as iTunes)?

    Sorry, as described on the product page, DRMed music isn't supported. I don't have any tools that could decrypt them and even if I could, it's illegal under US law for me to provide an application that converts them. Apple (or whomever's DRM is protecting the music) would likely sue me.

    Can you support Sony MSV format?

    Yes, as soon as Sony releases the spec for it. Please contact Sony and ask them to do so.

    Can you support Olympus DSS format?

    Yes, as soon as Olympus releases their SDK for OSX. Please contact Olympus and ask them to do so.

    Can SoundConverter convert tags?

    Yes, tag conversions are supported between mp3, ogg, flac and mpc.
